She finished in the classroom and drove home, thinking about the huge debt she had to pay. She had foolishly gone to a loan shark and regretted her stupid choice daily. Unfortunately, the man she borrowed the money from wasn’t just a loan shark; his brother was a key enforcer for the East Side Mafia and she saw no way out other than to sell the school she had purchased at such a good deal. So now she was having bad dreams of someone hiding in her house and turning a gun on her! She feared going home! When the doorbell rang, she froze in terror until she saw it was her teenaged neighbor needing help to bake a cheesecake for school. Things were getting out of hand.
  
  When Libby’s situation worsens, Mason wants to help her. But he has secrets too that could put them in worse danger. Is there a way out of this predicament? Can the two of them get back on track and accept the chemistry between them?
  
  I enjoyed this book and definitely recommend it. It had just enough tension to keep the reader fully engaged. The main characters were very likable, and Toby was a sweetheart! Grab your copy and see what dangers the two of them face and whether they will get through it!

  I loved this book it had drama and intrigue and at one point I had to get the extinguisher for my kindle!
  I loved the chemistry between Mason and Libby and the fact that she was crushing on him form the get go.
  She was such a likable character and Mason was such a hottie that you can't help but feeling what Libby felt about him.
  I would whole heartily recommend this book to other readers.

• The title of this book does not fit into the story. A Billionaire businessman that is afraid to let the woman he is interested in know how he feels was a little unbelievable. I loved Toby most of all. Libby and Mason finds themselves in a difficult situation after he tries to intervene on her behalf. They get through the situation by mere coincidences. Really didn't understand why the people trying to help had to die. They were Mason's friends from a different place in his life but he showed no compassion when he heard of their deaths.
• If you like single dad romances, you will enjoy this book. The characters are interesting, well-developed and have chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written with a happily ever after. In addition to receiving an arc, I purchased the book for my collection.

• I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review. It's a single dad romance with an interesting twist. Mia Ford keeps coming up with new, interesting characters and steamy plots to keep us happy and page turning to get to the HEA.
